What to look for in a "contest" (I/o a battle):
- how dancers use their tools learned from their teachers
- give what the event asks for (do not expect to win a Waacking battle if you dance Punking)
- "learn painting using numbers to fill colors, but once learned painting, I decide where to put the numbers" - same as techniques
- "live your talent", talent has to be used, whether for business or not
- instant creativity (memorizing songs and dance accurately to the beat is NOT freestyle)
- face shows the angle but body shows the rage (don't express too much with face, but vomit with body language).
- show authenticity how you have live through, what your culture has been, and use music as a soundtrack to express those
- use your feet
